The trainer and the training material made this a thoroughly enjoyable course with plenty of practical sessions and theory to use in my training going forward and although I had some knowledge of training this really refreshed that knowledge and updated it.

I think that I will be equipped with the theory on learning that I was lacking however, will need to go back to my notes and read the material provided to be in a position where I can actually use it. The course was run very well. I would have liked to see more examples and case studies to be able to apply the theory. I think maybe too much is being covered so there isn't time to look at things in detail. This could be down to where I was before the training having already had some experience.

Vidette's explanation on the different topics was thorough and detailed enough to understand the subject matter. Her interaction with the group was excellent giving praise were appropriate and giving improvement pointers when needed. I felt I had improved my skills by the end of the course as previously I had only given "Talks" on subjects, using very wordy slides and asking for questions at the end instead of throughout the talk to keep people engaged. I also learnt that the information in future presentations cannot be too technical or your non technical audience will switch off rather quickly.

It was a very well delivered course and Vidette had a great manner of teaching and talking to us. Course Content was all relevant and Vidette brought through great examples explaining concepts and including all of the delegates within the activities and conversations.

Enjoyable course. Engaging Trainer. Good boundaries set, which helped to focus attendees, was particularly noted.

Martin set the scene from the outset, specifying the learning outcomes but also taking on board any other related aspects we as a group wanted to get out of the course. The small group worked extremely well together, a bonding experience, complimented by Martin. We were learning constantly and seemed to cover so much ground but in-depth, nothing was considered of less value. The practical side of the course was invaluable, thought provoking and really well structured.

Overall an excellent course, would definitely recommend to anyone.
