Very enjoyable course. Was good to have another attendee from a different industry as they brought different perspective. Feel that there was a good balance of immediate wins/learnings eg. Body language and training delivery as well as some topics to go away and read/work more on such as TNA and Learning Types.

There's a lot of information/concepts to be delivered and in my perspective, it takes much more than 3 days to cover all content in a way that the trainees can really discuss/understand how to apply it in a real scenario. The trainer assessed our training needs and appropriately focused on important concepts considering the current experience of all trainees, however I felt, as a more experienced trainer, that my objectives were not fully met.

Brian was very engaging and interesting. The content was good and it was useful to keep recapping our learning during the sessions. I feel that a lot of hints and tips were learned during the sessions and the training emphasized to me a lot of things that I had already been applying to my training sessions.

The trainer was informal and encouraged participation but provided very useful info to replicate his impressive style.

Very enjoyable course, trainer was engaging and enthusiastic

I was a bit unsure before the course if I was going to get any value out of it, Meeting Vidette and after a few hours of the 1st day I knew I was wrong. Vidette was very knowledgeable on the subject and made the course enjoyable. My only negative was finding time to put together a short presentation, as I am relatively new to my role as a trainer I felt a bit more time to prepare would have been helpful but I had no issues completing the task in the time I had.
