A little bit of theory with a lot of practical application and review
Very useful for those dealing regularly with journalists

Great course, content and delivery. Clearly experienced and knowledgeable trainers with real-world experience. Feedback was great and felt tailored to the individuals on the course. I feel much more confident than I did before today so thank you!
I do feel more confident now but realise that this is temporary state, unless we continue to practice. (hence 7/10 score). Great experience and would recommend.
