Very practical and useful. Although I wasn’t looking forward to being recorded/filmed, the learning through doing was great and we saw an improvement in everyone involved.

Really fantastic preparation for being interviewed (radio and tv). Useful tips on how to handle the last minute tricky question and how to bridge to what you really want to talk about. Wonderfully constructive feedback which I will take on board.
