It was extremely useful training to learn new tips and tricks as well as dissuade any concerns that I had about the need to over-prepare for media interviews. Chris and Victoria were very friendly and informative and boiled down complex issues into easy to understand points.
The course was excellent, engaging, enjoyable and thoroughly worthwhile. Elisa was great.
