Very good course, a lot of information to be taken in. great teacher. just a little too fast sometimes when jumping between sections at the start. things did come together in the end.
It is a great course and provides a different lens when thinking about risk based approach for preventative controls. The content in the workbooks and manuals will be great for reference & continuous learning.
Denis was relaxed and informed as an instructor. He promoted question and challenge from participants, and was willing to admit when he struggled with a concept or did not know an answer, which made him much more relatable as a tutor. The course material, though heavy going for 20hours was managed at a reasonable pace and Denis took the time to check in after each chapter to ensure that all participants were keeping up and understanding. Overall it was a really enjoyable and informative training course.
