Ben was a great instructor and knew how to talk about the sections very well. The training greatly improved my perception of what being a manager means. I am sure I will be more prepared after this session.
I really enjoyed this course, I wasn't sure what to expect as haven't done much training before. My colleague did it in person and I was a bit reluctant to do online incase I didn't get as much from it (I needed to do online because of childcare restraints).
