Developing PBS Facilitators

Description

This two-day course has been designed to look at developing an awareness of what Positive Behaviour Support is. Its aim is to equip those who attend with an understanding of the basic elements of PBS, how it can be applied and some of the basic skills required to deliver a PBS framework.

The second day of the training looks to develop the basic skills looked at on day one and then to develop these skills in a more service-specific way so that the staff team can learn to develop effective person centred, positive support within a PBS framework.
