Lorraine was really really helpful! Going through each AC and referring back to the submission guidelines was really helpful and allowed me to make notes on exactly what the marketing criteria is asking for.

Lorraine was great. So patient and engaging and really takes the time to ensure we all have a full understanding. I appreciated how she encouraged everyone to participate and share their thoughts and opinions but without any pressure.
