good communication by trainer, course materials lacking slightly. i have experience in testing and inspection but others had not, there were no 'example' situations to explain the often weird fittings and materials encountered when inspecting and this would be helpful to all.

Response : Hi David Thank you for your feedback. I take on board your comments regarding presenting some additional example situations and components and look to introducing some more examples. A great course for an introduction to lightning protection. Other similar courses include unnecessary detail, e.g history of lightning protection; this course concentrated on the important stuff. The open book test at the end helps pull all the course info together.

When the questions came up with photos, they did not show so I had to guess, I think this was down to my connection rather than your system, also I tried to download the docs but couldn’t until after I done the exam and would have definitely answered the visual inspection question but happy to have passed anyway, good course and thanks.
