About this course
AMBITION has been designed and successfully delivered by ABSTRACT as an early to mid career development programme. Participants will typically be in more junior and intermediate managerial roles and are likely to have been identified for future career progression. For example, this may include post graduate and/or post apprentice scheme delegates.
AMBITION can be delivered as a standalone programme but is also positioned as a forerunner to our award winning ACCELERATE Programme. AMBITION introduces topics that are covered in more depth in ACCELERATE but the material is complimentary to it so delegates may progress to ACCELERATE at a later date or when they reach more senior roles.
