Very interactive. Interesting conversations and exploring of models. You obviously know your subject very well and instil confidence in encouraging us to use the skills we're learning.

I feel there has been a perfect balance between sharing of information, interactions and practice. I had anticipated a different type of training that focused more on the broad responsibilities expected of a line manager in the organisation I work for and although I am really happy to benefit from this course, it is not immediately obvious to me yet how I will put my learning into practice but I suspect that I will overtime.
