Description
A project monitor serves as the on-site representative of the building owner to oversee asbestos abatement work to insure that the performance of asbestos abatement procedures are in accordance with the scope of work for the project, the specifications and drawings (if applicable), and in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws. Registration in this course includes a silver token, good for one online (elearn) course.
What you will learn
Legal liabilities, establishing effective respiratory and medical programs, recordkeeping requirements, contract specifications and drawings, supervision requirements, hands-on training relative to the methods of air sampling, review of drawings and specifications, and performing a visual inspection according to the ASTM standard E1368.
