I have not used Visio before and so I was a complete beginner, however after this course I feel confident in creating an in depth flowchart and in knowing how to use the application. This course has equipped me with really useful knowledge that will definitely be put into practice. Celia was a great trainer and knew the topics in great detail and explained everything well as I understood everything.
