About this course
To do asbestos inspections/surveys in New York City (NYC) you must have taken the New York State Asbestos Inspector Initial course and apply to NYC Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) to be approved to take the New York City Asbestos Investigator exam. This course was designed to prepare you to take that exam. Taking the New York State Asbestos Inspector Initial course is a prerequisite for this review.
