About this course
Over two days you will connect Claude to your external business tools through MCP Connectors: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, CRM, and build live workflows that cross multiple services. You will use Artefacts to create interactive business tools without writing code. You will direct Deep Research as a business intelligence function and apply Extended Thinking to complex decisions.
This course assumes you have completed Claude in 3 Days or have equivalent working knowledge of Projects, Skills and Cowork. It picks up where that course ends and adds the outer layers: connection, output quality, and scale.
What you will learn
On Days 4 and 5 you extend your Claude system into the world, connecting it to your business tools, building outputs at a higher level, and converting what you built personally into something your team can run without you.

create calculators, dashboards and report generators without writing code, and use the storage API to make them persist data across sessions
Direct Deep Research
run it as a business intelligence function that produces specific, structured, actionable findings, not a search upgrade
Apply Extended Thinking
use Claude on complex decisions and multi-variable analysis, prompting it to challenge your thinking rather than support it
Build for your team
write system instructions that work for people who weren’t in the room, document workflows clearly, and convert your personal system into a shared one
