A well-structured programme, and the three-day arc worked: readiness, then decisions, then capability. The exercises were the strongest part — they forced positions rather than agreement, and I am leaving with completed canvases I can actually use rather than notes I will not reopen. The Decision Suitability Matrix and the Responsible Experiment Canvas in particular will go straight into work already underway. The facilitation handled a room of very different sectors well, and I appreciated that the material was honest about AI's limits instead of overselling it — the repeated insistence that judgement, accountability and the decision itself stay human is the right emphasis for anyone working in a regulated setting.
