About this course
The CISRS Advanced Scaffolding Inspection Course is a two-day program designed to train experienced scaffolders and scaffold inspectors to competently inspect complex scaffolding structures in line with statutory regulations and approved safety standards.
What you will learn
Participants will develop the ability to:
- Interpret scaffolding design drawings for inspection purposes.
- Apply relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, including the Work at Height Regulations 2005.
- Assess scaffolding components, ties, bracing, and structural stability.
- Conduct thorough practical scaffold inspections and complete accurate reports.
- Understand British, European, and industry standards (NASC) and practical safety measures such as SG4 – preventing falls in scaffolding operations
