CAD Lift Planning

Description

The CAD Lift Planning course is a three-day professional training program designed for lifting professionals with an Appointed Person qualification, equipping them with the CAD skills required to plan, document, and communicate lifting operations safely and accurately.

What you will learn

Participants will gain practical CAD skills specifically relevant to lift planning, including:

Opening and navigating AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software Working effectively within Modelspace and Paperspace environments.

Using basic drawing and modification commands.

Configuring drafting settings and managing layers, blocks, and drawing standards

Producing accurate lift plans that represent site conditions and crane dimensions

Applying correct drawing terminology and maintaining drawing registers and documentation.
