The course was very informative and useful as were the discussions. The additional materials provided by the trainer will help enormously in ensuring that staff have solid guidance for their needs. It would be helpful to have more in depth guidance on what constitutes legally appropriate recording but recognise that this is still very early days and we may see this in future updates from CQC and DHSC.

Excellent training which was easy to follow due to Max's engaging manner and delivery. Also, I found the practical application to scenarios very helpful.
