Description
The First Aid at Work (3-Day) course is a comprehensive, accredited programme that meets the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981. It is designed for workplace first aiders and provides the knowledge, skills, and confidence to manage a wide range of injuries and medical emergencies.
Delivered over three days, the course combines theory with extensive hands-on practice, including CPR, AED use, and emergency incident management. Successful completion leads to a nationally recognised NUCO Level 3 certificate valid for three years.

Assess emergency situations and ensure scene safety
Perform CPR and use an AED effectively
Manage unconscious casualties and place in recovery position
Treat bleeding, burns, fractures, and other injuries
