The EUSR HSG47 – Avoiding Dangers from Underground Services (HV Substations) course provides training for safe excavation near underground utilities within or adjacent to live HV substations. It covers HSG47 guidance, CAT & Genny use, utility identification, and safe digging practices to prevent utility strikes. The course supports compliance for operatives, supervisors, and nominated roles working in high-risk National Grid environments.
