Description
The CDM 2015 & National Grid Requirements course is a one-day programme designed for those applying or reapplying for key National Grid contractor authorisations, including PCSM, PD Representative, CDAE, and LCDAE roles.
The course provides a practical understanding of CDM 2015 duties, responsibilities, documentation, and compliance requirements, alongside National Grid Supplier Requirement SR/163. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, delegates will learn how to apply CDM principles effectively while meeting National Grid safety and project management standards.
Successful completion leads to an in-house certificate, valid for three years.
What you will learn
CDM 2015 covers roles and responsibilities, project documentation (SHES plans, F10), competency requirements, and key procedures including pre-construction information, construction phase planning, and monitoring requirements.
SR/163 focuses on integrating National Grid Supplier Requirements with CDM 2015, supporting contractor authorisation processes and practical application during project delivery.
