The CITB Temporary Works Co-ordinator Training Course (TWCTC) is a two-day course designed for those responsible for managing temporary works on construction sites. It provides a clear understanding of temporary works procedures, co-ordination responsibilities, and industry best practice in line with BS 5975.
Part of CITB’s Site Safety Plus scheme, the course focuses on the management and procedural aspects of temporary works, including the “4Cs” of communication, co-operation, co-ordination, and competency. Successful completion demonstrates competence in the Temporary Works Co-ordinator role and leads to a CITB certificate valid for five years.
