The CITB Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) is a two-day course designed for construction site supervisors and those preparing for supervisory responsibilities. It provides a clear understanding of health, safety, welfare, and environmental responsibilities, helping delegates effectively manage risks and promote safe working practices on site.
Part of CITB’s Site Safety Plus scheme, the SSSTS develops essential supervisory skills, including communication, leadership, and legal compliance. Endorsed by Build UK, it is widely recognised across the construction industry and provides a strong foundation for progression to the CITB SMSTS qualification.
What you will learn
During the CITB SSSTS course, you will learn to:
