Techniques + Practice of- Friendly Come Along - (including non-contact and stage one, two and figure of four), Higher level safe holds - (Forearm hold, Thumb on palm hold, Clenched fist hold, Seated de- escalation (Decent to chair, Trouble drills) Team approaches (Upper arm wrap, Upper arm wrap to secure hold, Upper arm wrap to supine hold (ready to decent to floor) Turning in and reverse.
Techniques+ Practice of - Supine Descent, Descent to floor in upper arm wrap, Upper arm wrap to elevated rest and return, Trouble drills (sniper position) Securing legs in supine upper legs and feet, Elevated rest to position, De-escalation on floor. Prone unintended descent to floor, upper rest to lower rest, securing legs and reinforcing legs, Turning from prone to Supine. Seclusion, Safety Pod rapid exit
