About this course
The Level 3 qualification is aimed at those who have already completed the Level 2 qualification.
Learners will acquire a broad body of knowledge, skills and understanding of electrical installation including: scientific principles, inspection, testing and commissioning, fault finding and diagnosis, electrical design practices and procedures, organising and overseeing electrical work activities in buildings and requirements for electrical installations to BS 7671.
What you will learn
The Level 3 City & Guilds 2366-03 Level 3 Diploma in Technical Occupational Entry in Electrical Installations is a comprehensive course designed for those who already hold the Level 2 diploma and want to fast-track their journey towards becoming a fully qualified electrician. This qualification is the latest update of the C&G 2365-03 and now includes the current 18th Edition qualification.
The course is made up of six units consisting of three online exams, one design exercise, and two practical assessments.
Unit 301: Scientific principles
Unit 302: Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of Electrotechnical Systems
Unit 303: Fault finding and diagnosis
Unit 304: Electrical design practices and procedures
Unit 305: Organising and overseeing electrical work activities in buildings
Unit 306: Understand the Requirements of Electrical Installations to BS 7671:2018 (2022)
