A well-structured programme with strong practical content. The course manual is clear and usable and the balance between theory and application works quite well. The Immersive Scenario was the highlight. I had more difficulties with the virtual classrooms but maybe because my sector was not represented.
The class was very structured and the break room and interactions make the sessions more interactive and interesting.
