This course is designed for professionals, managers, board members and business owners who have technical knowledge about their business but are missing the basic understanding of the financial prerequisites to plan, monitor and evaluate the business performance.
Via a number of modules, attendees should be able to understand basic concepts necessary to plan and monitoring financial activities
The course is designed to cover the basic concepts that must be known in a progressive and practical approach.
