Overall, the course was very helpful and informative. Although I have attended the same course before, it was great to participate in the training again as a refresher. It reinforced important skills and provided valuable reminders on how to effectively handle customers in our daily interactions. The training was engaging and served as a good opportunity to strengthen customer service practices and improve confidence in dealing with different situations.
