Mold Refresher Course - According to Article 32 of the NYS Mold Law, a mold assessor, remediation contractor, mold abatement supervisor and worker must complete a 4-hour refresher course every 2 years to be able to renew their mold license. All class registrants/attendees must possess a New York State Department of Motor Vehicles Driver's License Identification Number or Non-Driver ID Card (DMV-ID).

REVIEW & UPDATE OF MOLD REMEDIATION STANDARDS:

Lecture consisting of Remediation Plan PowerPoint presentation for 0.50 hour. We will then break for 0.25 hour


DEVELOPMENTS IN STATE OF THE ART WORK PRACTICES, TECHNOLOGIES, AND SAFETY PROCEDURES

Homework discussion related to above issue for 1.0 hour. Students will be asked to present on a state of the art work practice, technology or safety procedure they have used in the past two years.
