Although I use Teams every day, this course showed me so many features and techniques that I had not used before. It has really helped how I present and engage in meetings and Training.
Overall, i found the training really helpful and solidified my knowledge of Teams showing a clear shift in learning for me. There are elements i struggle with such as breakout rooms and whiteboards, which were nicely covered, as well as the pitfalls that we need to be careful of and ways we can mitigate them. Overall i found the group dynamic to work really well and i also found Glyn's delivery to be nice and clear for all.
