A basic introduction to ultrasonic cleaners, washer disinfectors, sterilizers and endoscope washer disinfectors.
What you will learn
- Develop basic understanding of current standards and legislation.
- Understand sterilization and washer disinfector processes and explain their uses.
- Understand the principles of ‘clean’ steam and water purity.
- Describe the operating principles of washer disinfectors and sterilizers
- Understand the weekly periodic tests and the completion of test records required on the decontamination equipment (classroom and practical)

Keith, was spot an as usual clear and concise. Course was a little clunky but to be expected as the subject refresher course is new to AVM and Keith I have no doubts Keith will refine and improve. The refresher course is not an option for selection in the drop down box for this form.

This training program has been created to cater to our specific needs, to make our staff aware why what they do matters, especially in current situation. I must say, I have never seen my team taking such an interest in the training like this one. Jonathan was fantastic trainer with knowledge to answer every question.
