About this course
The Emerging Leaders Programme is intended for current and new managers requiring upskilling and/or working towards senior management roles. Our proposed duration for this programme is 6 delivery days over 6 to 12 months.

Module 6. Managing Health, Wellbeing & Resilience, & Final Presentations
ILM Qualification: Managers at this level complete the level 4 or 5 in Leadership & Management as part of the programme.
