A programme of 6 session - one per month - to develop and support staff in a manager, deputy managers role or aspiring to be a manager
What you will learn
The programme is to arm the learner with tools and support to work towards the 'Road to Outstanding' Following the Kloes - CQC -Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well-led.

Very good direction. Lots of opportunities for interaction and group/team work. Very engaging and informative. Comfortable room and refreshments a bonus. Will definitely be looking into other available courses.
