Designed to fit flexibly into your team’s working day, lunch and learns are brief informative online stand-alone sessions of between ½ hour and 1 hour to suit your requirements. Lunch and learns include an informative presentation of the topic, an optional guided relaxation for participants and a Question and Answer ssession.
What you will learn
Lunch and learns cover one issue per session and include: stress and the brain, the importance of sleep, getting your DOSE of feel good hormones to keep you on track and neuroscience tips to better manage stress. We can also create further sessions tailored to meet your requirements.
