I really enjoyed this course. It was my first qualification I have taken since doing my diploma in Floristry 30 years ago. I feel confident now to do more. Thank you to the whole team.

I sometimes found the structure of the marked assignments confusing. But if I'd had a better rapport with my tutor, I would probably have asked for clarification. I would like to add that my husband did the same course last year, and he was very happy with his tutor.

I have never done distance learning before, but felt very motivated and supported by the tutor's feedback and the material was easy to access and well structured.

Obviously, there is a reason why I keep returning to the IOC since I first did the Cert in Educational Counselling Skills many years ago...

Content very informative and relevant to my next course and overall career aim. Materials easy to follow and to the point.

Having a set reading list made it much easier to be able to complete the practice portfolios while working full time. It was helpful to have a study guide as it made planning much easier. It was all very easy to understand and a lot of materials were provided. I'm now thinking about completing another module.

To be on distance course suited to my unpredictable working patterns which meant that I could fit my studies around my hectic life schedule.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and plan to enroll for the other 3 modules.
