The course instructor was excellent. Explanations were very clear and he was very patient. No one was left behind.

If the facilitator could check that the trainees Microsoft spreadsheet mirrors the expanded icons / tools (ribbon) inorder to undertake the action.

I thought it was very involving but relaxed. There wasn't any pressure to answer correctly. I also liked learning about shortcuts for some functions. A really boost to my confidence when it comes to my assessed presentation.
