very helpful

I really liked this course as it was easy to follow and you could ask numerous questions without feeling silly. The trainer was really engaging and made the learning fun!

The session felt like an oasis in my working day The training was not what I expected, however I really enjoyed it and it was good to have some time to reflect on how I look after myself when I am working.

Unfortunately everyone was not up to the same level so was not able to cover everything in greater detail but overall very well put together course.

Daphne was very personable and made the course interesting on what can often be a dry subject. It has been the best IT training I have ever received with a knowledgeable facilitator and a small group allowing everyone to get time for questions etc

Excellent course. Can't wait to do the next level.
