Sal was great and super friendly.

Trainer was very engaging and knowledgeable. The pace felt a bit fast at first but I got up to speed eventually.

I had a lovely time and felt like everyone in the session had an opportunity to learn through practicing scenarios which kept the session engaging. I had been worried about the length beforehand but it went by so fast because it was interactive and felt good when you got the formulas and functions right.

Really enjoyed today Very different to other leadership courses I have been on - new concepts Reflected on my own leadership style Thoughts - dont do in January - a nightmare month for clinicians so didnt have time to prepare as much as I would have wanted

I thought the pace was good today. I appreciate the time we were able to take to familiarise ourselves with the tension cards.

You could really tell how much effort the facilitators had put into today's session to try and help us all with some of the really tricky aspects of leadership and engaging 'hard to reach' people. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to help us.

Today was alot better but still this course online is a bad way to deliver! We need time together to learn from eachother and chat through activities. Online has been a disaster for this group
