Venue was very good and lunch with perfect. We really appreciated the ice cream too! I think it's difficult to make a course like this (a whole day long, on screens most the day) engaging and interesting but I think Happy and our facilitator did the very best job they could've done in the circumstances! I've learnt a lot today and I look forward to using those skills in the office.

Very good and found useful for new ways of doing things more efficiently. Some I was confident using but others were new and even the confirmation of what I was currently doing served a similar purpose to another way was useful. Bit quick at the end - maybe 2 days would be good to get to grips with all

I found the assertiveness course very helpful in being able to cope with work situations. Also, the staff are very professional and friendly.
