Great venue, facilities, facilitator was very good - engaged, ensured everyone felt a part of the session,

Training was very informative and facilitator Christine made sure that everyone was involved and got help when needed. There's a lot of information to absorb and maybe a short break in the middle would be good. For me personally, follow up sessions would be beneficial, after I had a chance to try things/practise and after I 'digested' the knowledge.

Given the virtual nature of the training it's been an incredible positive experience.

I learnt so many new things about word that I can implement back at work, from simple, practical shortcuts to understanding how much more word can deliver for me and my team.

The content of the course was really useful and introduced several new subjects I'd never used before. Course was a little hold to follow at times due to trying to trouble shoot a team issue - but we did solve that issue for the team!

Great, easy flow of the day. Facilitator was smooth and helpful and upbeat. Could have used a bit clearer instructions at moments. Would have loved more personal examples from facilitator of where used the structures.

Very informative session despite IT glitches The facilitator was kind to work hard to help me with IT glitches which I really appreciated She also promised that we check this out prior to the next session
