Really enjoyed the course and the refreshing approach to training - no ice breaker won me over instantly! Thank you!! I have marked lower on the pace and that is only due to wishing we could have explored more real areas of improvement within the course - possibly not practical but really gained value from the one we did. It was a shame the traffic delayed a lot of people at the start but this didn't result in the course feeling hurried - a credit to the trainer. I rarely look at booklets post training and after flicking through it a week later I haven't kept it. But I have kept the trainers contact details as welcomed.

I really appreciate how much energy Benet put into the group and how attentively thought through Happy training is. There is a lot to take away.

I enjoyed the course and the tutor was very good

A really well facilitated course by someone who clearly knows what they're talking about and was able to draw on a wide range of experience and literature to shape the course to our needs.

I really enjoyed the day I was engaged throughout which for me is really saying something! Gaz was a breath of fresh air and was a real pleasure to attend his session.

I very much enjoyed the course and feel it gave me an understanding of how to approach project management with my work. I've already started using these in how I go about tasks and objective setting. I would have liked to have more knowledge about a) documentation available to help us structure our current projects. b) what software is available for us. There was a discussion on these tools and that we could have these at some point in the future, but I would have liked to immediately apply them to my current work. While this was fresh in my mind. In regard to software, we discussed Microsoft Teams which has a project management tool. After the course, I tried to use this, but found it very hard to use. A practical demonstration would have helped.

WOULD HAVE LIKE MORE TIME

The course is developing and this was stage one. As such provided a very good foundation. The facilitator was experienced but, I felt, a little on the casual (?lazy) side. Felt as if he was trotting out a few well-honed anecdotes/illustrations rather than being really with his audience and creating the opportunity to hone the course and make it really useful. Sensed that Sue had done a lot of the hard work! Also lost pace towards the end of the day, which could have been avoided with better management.

Great product which should prove very useful.
