Sal was a really fantastic trainer and I really enjoyed the session. She was really knowledgeable and patient and made sure to engage with people and check their workings when they had any issues. I'm sure that leading training remotely during a pandemic can be tricky, with different learner's tech set ups and potential tech issues, everyone having different family arrangements and work commitments, but Sal put everyone at ease and made sure that we were all able to complete the work in time. Thank you Sal for leading such informative lessons, for the first time I actually properly appreciated what I can do in Excel!
Fun as always, a great way to reconnect with colleagues and practice feedback.
Another excellent session, very inclusive and thought provoking
Really great session that allowed you to practise the giving of feedback, but also break it down with the person to help make it less scary!
Great to have the opportunity to have a detailed discussion with colleagues
Another excellent session. Every time we do them I wonder why we do them more often!
Very open and engaging discussion I enjoyed having the space to speak to my colleagues and learning more about them outside of a work setting
