Joseph was a very clear communicator and affable facilitator - there was a lot of info to get through, a great deal of which was of use and made me think differently, and some understandably which I was happy to find I was already doing!

A little too fast for me,

As always I welcome the interactive nature of the training and excellent use of the technology available to us. One small criticism is as instructed I logged in 15 minutes before hand to avoid any technical issues. Having waited right up to the start time I thought that a lot of people must be attending because of the long wait to find only two of us external to Happy. 5 minutes would be sufficient enough time.

It is more difficult to conduct and take part in training over Zoom than in a classroom setting, but I though the session was excellent and reducing it to three 2 hour sessions rather than one all day session was welcome. It was a small group so it was easy to engage.

Pushed the limits of my knowledge with google sheets, which was a good thing!

Excellent training delivered by a knowledgeable and affable trainer, I will definitely recommend and be back for more.

Really good session, especially for someone who has no experience of MS Teams.
