The course structure was great. The trainer was spot on

In person training was changed to online training just a few days prior to start. Steve the trainer was great. Very practical on how to do the ng1 and 2ng2. Other than that, very useful and insightful. Learned a lot and will definitely apply at work. This is a lot to take on but the book is here to help and refer to. Group was good and good atmosphere. Didn't cover electricity so we have to do on our own and electric isn't my forte so I found it a bit challenging. Overall very useful.

Very useful and feel much more confident going into the exam and practical. Just hope I pass now

Steve was very engaging with us and helped to make the course remain interesting throughout the time we had him. He's been extremely helpful with any questions we have had and has given us clear explanations on topics throughout.
