Good content and scenarios practised to give a work based situation
Delivered well. Set A questions were ambiguous in some areas
Phil was a very good trainer, allowing for open conversations.
Enjoyed the course, practical was good really enjoyed that part. Found the theory test to be abit difficult but took lots of notes and made sure I read them in preparation for the exam. Thank you to Ian for providing the information and being our instructor for the two days
