Enjoyed this more than Day 1. Again, don't read anything into not recommending. I just don't recommend anything.

Really enjoyed it, meeting other managers on the course that I wouldn't normally work with.

I personally thought the content was very clear and concise, however I did feel some others on the course were struggling to understand. The course is quite theoretical, and I don't think some people think that way...so maybe just taking a little more time to break things down in a simplified manner may help!

Well more than a course to be honest, it’s a game changer in terms of how it gives you the tools you need to establish a thorough understanding of yourself and of those you manage and helps you to consider and plan the way that one approaches those difficult or challenging conversations. Definitely recommend this to any Manager ...Brilliant!

Enjoyed the coaching session

From start to finish I was pushed outside my comfort zone and was learning the whole time. I am so pleased that I completed the course and have resources and tools that I can now refer to in my day to day role
