I didnt't book the course so unable to comment. Pre-course information was useful in terms of getting to the venue. Overall a really valuable course and it's good as this can now be applied to my everyday work.

Mike Linton was a very knowledgeable and helpful trainer, he presented the course in a way that was easy to understand and took plenty of time to ensure we understood the course content.
