Useful course, glad I was able to attend. Kevin was very clear and concise and kept the tone quite light so we didn't get too bogged down in the heavy material.
Kevin was a very good instructor with a deep knowledge of the material taught but was also willing to answer any questions we had. I would recommend him to anyone who wished to deepen their understanding of Excel. He was also very nice and helpful.

I have not used Visio before and so I was a complete beginner, however after this course I feel confident in creating an in depth flowchart and in knowing how to use the application. This course has equipped me with really useful knowledge that will definitely be put into practice. Celia was a great trainer and knew the topics in great detail and explained everything well as I understood everything.
